About me
I'm delighted to be here in our first virtual conference! Since graduating in 2002 (Gamma Prime), I think I have missed only one conference. I always find them to be a rich space to connect with this wise, wonderful, and generous community!
I came to Pepperdine with experience in senior strategy and change roles and founded my consulting practice, Blue Heron Associates, Inc., upon graduation. Twenty years later, I still do strategy and change work, but am focusing more and more on helping leaders and teams find their wisdom, activate it to advance strategy, and understand their impact on the system.
