I am from the class of Zeta Prime (graduation 2005). I provide executive coaching, team development, and organization development services to companies in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, higher education, and non profits. I am a Henley Leadership Group Consultant (Dede Henley - MSOD). I enjoy listening to individuals and groups and also enjoy spending time making things from wood. I am married to Dana (36 years) and have three grown children.
“I have chosen to sponsor this year’s MSOD conference for several reasons. First, to give back to something that gave me so much – a great education experience, a group of superior friends and fellow OD practitioners, and a touchstone of blessing for how life can be lived to the full. Second, nothing happens without effort and sacrifice. MSOD continues to flourish because individuals strive to ensure it. Faculty, generous alumni devotees, and families of MSOD graduates – all contribute to keep MSOD going. Last, to encourage others to follow suit by giving however they are able – through sponsorship, through alumni volunteerism, by finding and encouraging capable individuals to enter the MSOD realm and find the beauty of it. I look most forward to seeing the bright faces of my fellow MSOD alumni, being reunited with my learning group cadre, after 20 years, and attending with my oldest daughter, Katie, an OD practitioner.”
