Susan and Maggie graduated in 1993 from the Phi class. Maggie founded Third Thought Consulting in 1993 and Susan joined the firm in 2014 after a 30 year career in consulting at McKinsey, CDR and Mercer. We love designing experiences for senior leaders and have a proven track record in creating award-winning programs. We believe that leadership development is more important today than ever before. Our current focus is to partner with leaders as they develop long term strategic foresight. To this end, in 2022 Maggie published Today for Tomorrow, a field guide to scenario planning. A second edition will be published in September with an updated case study in online gaming.
